What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, resource allocation, and managing complex workstreams.
• Triage and prioritize incoming briefs to ensure team capacity matches demand.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings from kick-off to closure using consistent methodologies.
• Manage project-level budgets, including spend tracking, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
• Champion internal project management processes and improve workflows for marketing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK and able to work on a hybrid basis.
• Solid experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or in-house environment.
• Proven track record in delivering digital content, social campaigns, and events marketing projects.
• Experience managing project-level budgets and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools to enhance documentation, brief writing, and workflow planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across agency and client teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B environments and events marketing.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint mapping and scrum facilitation.
