What you will do

  • Act as a senior strategic partner to C-suite and director-level clients, providing guidance on brand and integrated communications.
  • Drive account growth through proactive commercial management and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Lead agency pitches and shape proposals to secure and onboard new clients.
  • Oversee delivery excellence, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and strategically aligned.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to produce impactful and innovative social content.
  • Advise clients on social media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and the adoption of emerging tech like AI.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a director-level role within an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
  • Experience leading large-scale social media campaigns and production projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape and convert growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder management.
  • Ability to operate effectively as a high-performing individual contributor.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance (2 days per week).
