What you will do
- Own a portfolio of business customers by understanding goals, product usage, risks, and growth potential.
- Communicate with customers regularly to ensure product value, answer commercial/product questions, and identify support needs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, qualify them, and move them through the opportunity pipeline.
- Support product adoption and deployment by coordinating internal resources, clarifying expectations, and removing blockers.
- Manage customer agreements and renewals by preparing commercial terms, aligning timelines, and addressing risks affecting retention.
- Lead strategic account management activities, including account planning, at-risk management, and client visits/business trips when relevant.
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing customer relationships or customer engagements with a proven track record of positive outcomes.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills to turn customer needs into action.
- English: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, out-of-the-box approach to identify opportunities and grow accounts.
- Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge or experience using key sales and mailing tools.
- Experience working with international B2B clients and prior experience in the technology sector.
