TL;DR

Associate Account Executive (Sales): Driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by selling data resilience and AI trust products with an accent on channel partner collaboration and inside sales. Focus on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business via phone and electronic sales techniques.

Location: Hybrid; Must be permanently located in Poland

What you will do

  • Generate sales within an assigned territory and consistently achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Drive business and technical benefits based on end-user requirements from partner deal registrations and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with partners and resellers to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Maximize regional coverage and penetrate organizations with hirify.global products.
  • Update and maintain the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Collaborate with channel sales and system engineers on territory planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Language: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office automation tools (Excel, Outlook).
  • Location: Must be permanently based in Poland.
