Mid-Market Sales (SaaS): Driving sales and revenue growth in the Mid-Market sector for the EE and DACH regions with an accent on securing high-revenue merchants and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling to expand the partner ecosystem.

Location: Berlin or Warsaw (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do

  • Drive sales success in the DACH region through prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closure to meet ambitious targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and RFP responses to negotiation and final contract signing.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough research on target brands to tailor sales strategies and maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or B2B marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Native proficiency in Polish and business fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Warsaw.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German.
