What you will do

• Customize Salesforce to meet business needs and integrate existing systems into the CRM architecture.
• Perform Business Analysis functions, analyzing enhancement requests and documenting requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers, architects, and IT professionals to implement technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
• Enforce SOC, SOX, and PCI audit policies to ensure system compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical background.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Developer in both Classic and Lightning.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Proficiency in developing integrations, APIs, and SOAP/REST services.
• Experience with source control management and CI/CD environments.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, or OmniStudio Developer.
• High functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud configuration.
