What you will do

• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds for client engagements.
• Work in an agile development team and lead technical discussions with business and development stakeholders.
• Define scalable, maintainable system architecture and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
• Develop use cases with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement deployment, security, access-control, documentation, and code-review best practices.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve technical and business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical role.
• 1+ year of experience in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Ability to produce enterprise implementation documentation, including system designs, system landscapes, entity-relationship diagrams, and configuration workbooks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, cross-functional leadership, agile/Scrum experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I/II certifications.
