Location: Must be based in the US (Austin or Remote US).

What you will do

  • Lead the global sales organization to negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, consistently exceeding ARR targets.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline generation, territory planning, and forecasting discipline.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing global sales team with clear performance metrics.
  • Implement sophisticated commercial discovery and value-based selling methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Client Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective positioning.
  • Optimize sales processes and CRM hygiene while leveraging AI-enabled tools to maximize throughput.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role (VP or above).
  • Proven track record of scaling global sales teams and achieving $50M+ ARR targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with 6–7 figure contract values.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales motions, pipeline generation, and value-based selling.
  • Strong command of forecasting frameworks and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to engage C-suite buyers.

  • Background in data-focused software, analytics, or AI platforms.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
