What you will do
- Lead the global sales organization to negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, consistently exceeding ARR targets.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline generation, territory planning, and forecasting discipline.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing global sales team with clear performance metrics.
- Implement sophisticated commercial discovery and value-based selling methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Client Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective positioning.
- Optimize sales processes and CRM hygiene while leveraging AI-enabled tools to maximize throughput.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role (VP or above).
- Proven track record of scaling global sales teams and achieving $50M+ ARR targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with 6–7 figure contract values.
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales motions, pipeline generation, and value-based selling.
- Strong command of forecasting frameworks and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to engage C-suite buyers.
