TL;DR

SVP, Customer Core Sales (SaaS): Leading a team of Account Managers to drive customer growth and retention within the Talent Cloud ecosystem with an accent on value-focused engagement and executive-level advisory. Focus on standardizing value selling frameworks, optimizing NRR and expansion revenue, and integrating AI-driven insights into account strategies.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 base / $400,000 – $520,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Account Managers and frontline leaders to drive disciplined account strategy and value-focused engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and expansion to increase NRR and growth revenue.
  • Engage executive stakeholders through outcome-driven discussions and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Coach and develop sales teams in enterprise-level consultative sales and value articulation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Leverage AI and analytics to enhance deal strategies and differentiate hirify.global’ AI offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of direct C-level engagement and strategic account management.
  • Experience leading value selling transformations and enterprise account strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Background in HCM or HR SaaS.
  • Experience with AI/analytics integration.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
