Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sale, Greater Manchester, UK (Hybrid role)

Salary: Circa £65,000

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of a reform-aligned marketing strategy to drive qualification growth and market share.
  • Build and embed a commercially focused, insight-led marketing function utilizing data and customer intelligence.
  • Own and protect the brand strategy, ensuring differentiation and credibility across all sector channels.
  • Manage integrated go-to-market strategies for new products, qualification launches, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic market intelligence and reform insight.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team with digital, content, and campaign capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within an awarding organization or regulatory environment.
  • Strong understanding of Ofqual/CCEA regulatory requirements and vocational education landscape.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams through change and fostering improvement-focused cultures.
  • Must be able to work on-site regularly in Sale, Greater Manchester.
