What you will do

  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer needs into effective campaigns.
  • Manage targeted email marketing, webinars, and user groups tailored for school customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously optimize the customer experience.
  • Create customer success stories and case studies to showcase product value.
  • Utilize Hubspot and Gainsight for segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer marketing, preferably within the education or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
