What you will do
- Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer needs into effective campaigns.
- Manage targeted email marketing, webinars, and user groups tailored for school customers.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously optimize the customer experience.
- Create customer success stories and case studies to showcase product value.
- Utilize Hubspot and Gainsight for segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.
Requirements
- Experience in customer marketing, preferably within the education or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
