What you will do

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy across multiple international markets.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through a mix of brand and performance marketing.
• Lead CRM, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies to increase lifetime value.
• Optimize digital customer journeys and conversion performance.
• Build scalable reporting, forecasting, and performance frameworks.
• Manage agency relationships and align marketing activity with wider business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or Marketing Director in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in acquisition, CRM, customer retention, and growth marketing.
• Experience managing marketing activity across multiple locations, regions, or international markets.
• Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to link performance to revenue outcomes.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution.
• Background in experiences, leisure, hospitality, sports, or high-growth D2C organizations.
