What you will do
- Act as the UK bridge to central Paid, Partnerships, Creative, Web/SEO, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure the right work ships the first time.
- Build and maintain a live view of the UK market landscape (publishers, creator/influencer ecosystems, affiliates, events, communities, OOH, and regional ad platforms).
- Define and refine HNWI personas, targeting hypotheses, and local messaging angles; identify premium media and moments UK HNWIs consume.
- Improve customer experience across localized landing pages, FAQs, help center, and onboarding flows; write concise briefs and QA localized assets before launch.
- Convert insights into actionable briefs and hypotheses to improve growth performance and local funnel conversion; track learnings and recommend next moves.
- Localize product names, value propositions, and copy for native English; maintain a living style guide/glossary and “do/don’t say” list for crypto terminology.
- Monitor brand mentions and community chatter; flag emerging risks early with suggested responses or mitigations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (remote within location)
- 7–12+ years as a senior growth or marketing generalist with ownership of positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Hands-on crypto experience (wallets, exchanges, earning products) and deep familiarity with UK crypto culture, media, and terminology.
- Exceptional writing quality and strong English.
- Strong analytical rigor with experience using GA4 and attribution/MMP dashboards and competitive/traffic tools.
- Proven stakeholder management skills to enable central teams to execute faster and smarter.
