What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies and plans for SAP projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to integrate data migration tasks and implement tools.
• Assess legacy data quality, define cleansing rules, and oversee ETL processes and data mapping.
• Lead and mentor data migration specialists, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Define and execute test plans, including UAT, and validate migrated data against business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, compliance, and security throughout the migration process.

Requirements

• US Citizenship Required.
• Hands-on experience identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems related to data.
• Experience collaborating with data owners and users to improve data governance and quality.
• Experience working closely with Data Architects on metadata strategy and logical data models.
• Experience leading technical aspects of SAP Business Intelligence (BI) solutions delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or PM and Master Data.
• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementation.
• Experience in complex SAP environments with multiple components.
