What you will do

• Lead multiple AI-related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, milestones, and dependencies while managing risks and budgets.
• Establish repeatable processes and playbooks to scale AI project delivery across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate technical initiatives into actionable plans.
• Improve portfolio visibility through structured reporting, dashboards, and status communications.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO, including tool utilization and process transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within software development or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional team environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience managing AI, machine learning, or data-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle concepts such as model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Azure DevOps.
