What you will do

• Maintain and validate technical procedures and processes to ensure they meet safety and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to identify structural technical problems and bottlenecks and drive them toward successful implementation.
• Develop and introduce process improvements to optimize product quality, throughput, and cost savings.
• Define production tool requirements, initiate upgrades, and resolve safety issues.
• Coordinate quality-related escalations to customers and support production progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) is mandatory; MSc in Physics, Chemistry, or a relevant technical area is preferred.
• Dutch language proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Experience with lithography-based processing and knowledge of complex production processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FMEA.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
