Qualification Engineer (EUV)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite shift work with up to 10% travel to customer locations, mainly in the USA or Asia

Salary: €51,000–€57,000 gross annual fixed salary, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment; profit sharing and shift allowance are not included

What you will do

• Qualify EUV main modules and full functional machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Adjust, calibrate, test, and deliver products and subsystems according to customer specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating problems through the appropriate path when necessary.
• Monitor qualification progress, document product and process data, and provide clear shift transfers.
• Initiate improvements to assembly, testing, measurement methods, procedures, and safety practices.
• Support other departments and customer-site activities according to production demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied physics, aerospace, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automotive engineering.
• 2–3 years of hands-on assembly and qualification experience in high-tech production or customer service.
• Experience diagnosing high-tech equipment, with a strong affinity for system assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical, methodical, proactive, assertive, and able to work independently as part of a team.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Legal authorization to access US-controlled technology is required before starting the position.

Nice to have

• Experience as an hirify.global technician, particularly with new product introductions.
• Experience in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace, electronics, or automotive engineering.
