What you will do

• Adjust, calibrate, and test hirify.global products and subsystems according to agreed customer specifications.
• Qualify Main Modules and Full Functional Machines within a cleanroom environment.
• Investigate and solve technical problems, following correct escalation paths for complex issues.
• Initiate improvement activities regarding design, execution, and test methodologies to enhance industrialization.
• Maintain product, process, and measuring data in protocols and databases.
• Support the introduction of new products into the production process and identify potential bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applied physics, aerospace, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automotive engineering.
• 2-3 years of hands-on assembly and qualification experience in a high-tech production or customer service environment.
• Proven experience in the diagnosis, assembling, and troubleshooting of high-tech equipment.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in shifts (rotation of early, evening, and night shifts).
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by the US Export Administration Regulations.
