What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain security equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to clients and peers.
• Manage repair parts cycle, including ordering, installing, and returning components.
• Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair activities promptly.
• Conduct customer training and prepare formal reports for clients.
• Participate in site surveys, pilot programs, and special projects.

Requirements

• Education: MBO 4 level in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
• Language: Advanced English and Dutch skills (oral and written).
• Eligibility: Must be eligible for Dutch security clearance.
• Experience in troubleshooting, field repair, or technical support for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Computer literacy with MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software.
• Valid driving licence.
