What you will do

• Scout and secure strategic, visible, and accessible locations for new charging stations.
• Negotiate win-win partnerships with landowners, local authorities, and developers.
• Navigate complex permitting and regulatory processes to ensure project feasibility.
• Analyze commercial and financial concepts to evaluate site potential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver future-proof charging infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from one of our European office locations (Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, Switzerland, Spain, or Belgium).
• English proficiency required (B2+).
• Proven experience in network development, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both government authorities and private landowners.
• Mission-driven attitude towards sustainable mobility.
