What you will do

• Define, improve, and implement sourcing strategies for green capital expenditure categories such as photovoltaic, wind, biomass generation, and battery systems.
• Lead green energy transformation initiatives across hirify.global divisions and geographies in collaboration with Energy and Decarbonisation stakeholders.
• Run international and cross-divisional competitive tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and lead supplier selection and contracting.
• Establish, implement, and review transnational and trans-divisional contracts.
• Manage supplier and internal customer relationships using commercial, quality, and delivery KPIs.
• Lead projects that optimize customer value while reducing total cost of ownership and operational risks.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, business, energy, sustainability, facility management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in negotiation and contract management.
• Professional experience in the energy or facility management sector.
• Experience leading projects and working with senior stakeholders across functions and divisions.
• Negotiation-level English is required.
• Strong communication, relationship management, independent execution, adaptability, and proficiency with IT and cloud-based working environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAPEX processes.
• Experience with renewable energy regulations, renewable generation projects, and decarbonisation initiatives, including the implications of RED II and RED III.
• German, French, or Spanish language skills.
