Supply Chain & Quality Manager - Industrial Equipment & Systems (Avionics, Communication, Navigation and Surveillance)

What you will do

• Manage the overall performance of a supplier portfolio covering avionics, communication, navigation, and surveillance systems.
• Select and engage suppliers while evaluating design, industrial, and quality change requests.
• Secure supplier approvals and conduct control reviews in compliance with airworthiness authority requirements.
• Drive supplier industrial maturity and anticipate risks using APQP methodology and Quality Walls.
• Support suppliers during new product introductions, including the A350F and A321XLR, and during work-package transfers.
• Support internal, external, and EASA regulatory audit activities.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or manufacturing, or a master’s degree in purchasing and supply chain or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in supply chain and quality, manufacturing engineering, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and core supply chain principles, such as APICS or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Negotiation-level English and French are required.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business.
