Head of Operations, Europe (Electric Mobility)

Location: Deinze, Belgium; hybrid work with 3–5 days per week based at the Deinze office

Salary: €90,000–€105,000 per year, with an 80/20 split, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Electric mobility company developing vertically integrated small electric vehicles designed to address global transportation challenges with more affordable, enjoyable, and efficient alternatives to local car, truck, and SUV journeys.

What you will do

• Set up and manage third-party logistics relationships across Europe, from process design through execution.
• Design and own inbound and outbound goods flows, including clearance, stock keeping, value-added services, and delivery coordination.
• Partner with purchasing, production, and commercial teams on forecasting, allocation, product availability, and delivery windows.
• Build ERP workflows for restocking, goods allocation, order management, picking, returns, and administration.
• Manage the Deinze warehouse and office facility, including aftersales operations, warranty and spare-parts warehousing, purchasing, and daily maintenance.
• Initially operate hands-on as the sole operations team member while preparing to build and lead a growing team.

Requirements

• Experience setting up and running warehouse operations, processes, and systems.
• Experience managing multi-country logistics.
• Highly organized, with strong administrative oversight and an ability to work independently.
• Hands-on, agile, and entrepreneurial approach suited to building operations from scratch.
• Customer-oriented approach with transparent communication and delivery expectations.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written, required.
