Commercial Procurement Placement (12.5 months)

Location: Filton and Broughton, North Wales, United Kingdom; hybrid working options may be available depending on the role.

hirify.global designs, manufactures, and manages the supply chain for commercial aircraft wings, landing gear, fuel systems, and related components.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement for critical aircraft components across hirify.global programmes.
• Manage and negotiate complex supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Work with engineering, production, quality, and legal stakeholders through Multi-Functional Teams.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
• Support supplier innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate status must be maintained for the entire 12.5-month placement.
• Study towards a degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Maths, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative approach and interest in driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and commitment to personal and professional development.
• Successful candidates must complete a BPSS security check and may require UK SC-level security clearance or Export Control approval.

• Interest in procurement, supplier management, negotiation, and contract management.
