What you will do

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and acquire high-potential enterprise customers.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline and revenue forecasts using Salesforce for maximum visibility.
  • Develop personalized customer journeys using compelling storytelling and a creative lens.
  • Act as a product expert, translating customer feedback into insights for the Product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with cross-functional internal teams and external clients.
  • Simplify complex business challenges into digestible, customer-ready stories using hirify.global's worksuite.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle selling experience with medium to large corporations.
  • Proven track record of managing large named accounts on a global scale within a technology company.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and new logo attainment.
  • Experience navigating complex business challenges and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Strong ability to lead complex negotiations and captivate audiences in face-to-face meetings.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA
