What you will do
- Deliver monthly portfolio financials (actuals, accruals, forecasts, variances) with accurate, actionable explanations.
- Continuously improve forecast quality by identifying risks/opportunities and challenging underlying assumptions.
- Ensure transparency and governance versus investment cases, including clear explanations of deviations and their impact.
- Secure correct financial allocation (Capex vs. Opex) aligned with Group Finance principles and reporting standards.
- Reduce surprises in month-end and steering forums by communicating financial risks early.
- Increase portfolio controlling maturity by improving reporting structures/templates and enabling stronger insights via Power BI and automation.
Requirements
- Experience in controlling/FP&A, project controlling, or portfolio reporting, ideally in an IT organization.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with IT systems (Power BI and ERP knowledge is an advantage).
- Fluent Danish (or another Scandinavian language) and business-level English.
- Ability to collaborate across Programme/Project Managers, IT PMO, and finance stakeholders, while challenging assumptions constructively.
- Structured, analytical, and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and predictability.
