What you will do

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of in-country programmes against cost, time, and quality commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between UK teams, engineering, supply chain, and partner organisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, governmental bodies, and partner forces.
• Oversee logistics, movement control, and in-country support for project delivery and testing activities.
• Act as a trusted adviser to customers, shaping feasibility assessments and technical solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational security policies to safeguard people and assets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience operating in Ukraine with a strong grasp of local dynamics.
• Proven leadership in complex programmes involving engineering, logistics, or defence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cultures and seniority levels.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level (DV desirable).
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous, and high-tempo environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Ukraine up to 70 days per year.

Nice to have

• Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills.
• DV level security clearance.
