What you will do

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale data center projects through to operations handover.
• Shape and manage delivery strategies aligned with commercial, technical, and operational objectives.
• Act as the primary delivery representative, coordinating internal functions and external partners.
• Maintain rigorous oversight of cost, schedule, risk, and performance governance.
• Support key commercial, procurement, and contracting activities to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability/ESG commitments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in major construction projects, specifically in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering design-and-build or EPC projects from concept to commissioning.
• Deep understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination, construction, and MEP systems.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian is considered an advantage.
• Strong ability to influence at senior levels and drive performance across complex delivery teams.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
