What you will do

• Deliver multiple concurrent IT projects for CorpIT and DevSecOps in accordance with organizational governance.
• Translate complex security and compliance requirements from policymakers into prioritized technical tasks.
• Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to evaluate, risk-assess, and approve systemic changes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between InfoSec/CorpRes policy authors and technical implementation teams.
• Analyze and manage incoming IT change requests from various organizational departments.
• Produce clear, structured, and auditable project artifacts and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or Corporate IT.
• Strong understanding of Change, Release, and Project Management processes (experience with ITILv4 or PRINCE2 is an advantage).
• Ability to communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Service Desk for project and ticket management.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous requests into projects with defined scopes and milestones.

• Professional fluency in German.
