What you will do
- Manage marketing project boards and production calendars in Monday.com and Notion to ensure seamless delivery.
- Own the full email program in HubSpot, including segmentation strategy, nurture sequences, and lifecycle automations.
- Coordinate and book resources across developer, designer, and QA teams to ship website updates and assets on time.
- Build and maintain workflow automations using AirOps, Zapier, and LLM-powered tools like Claude.
- Manage the website production pipeline and publish CMS content within Webflow.
- Maintain marketing reporting dashboards in DataBox and Google Analytics to track KPIs and performance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or project coordination.
- Deep, daily-use expertise in HubSpot for high-volume email programs and segmentation.
- Fluency in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or AirOps).
- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, Notion, and Webflow CMS.
- English: Advanced proficiency (C1) or higher.
- Strong operator mindset with a focus on systems, checklists, and meticulous detail.
Nice to have
- Experience working within an agency or studio environment.
- HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub or Email Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Claude MCPs or other LLM-driven automations.
- Experience with podcast or video production workflows.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for QA purposes.
