What you will do

• Act as a technical consultant providing expert guidance and implementation support for hirify.global technologies.
• Work directly with customers to implement solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
• Perform hands-on configuration and coding activities, including automation scripting.
• Participate in scoping activities to define project requirements and create Statements of Work.
• Lead smaller-scale customer engagements from a technical perspective.
• Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proficiency in IT systems administration, scripting, and automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies including Linux distributions and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for customer-facing engagements.
• Ability to lead technical projects and contribute to solution design and optimization.
• Willingness to undergo background checks including criminal and credit references.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Rancher, hirify.global Security, or hirify.global Virtualization.
• Knowledge of VMWare or OpenShift environments.
• Experience in scoping and defining project deliverables.
