What you will do

• Lead and execute complex customer engagements as the primary technical authority.
• Ensure successful architecture, design, development, and deployment of products.
• Create best practice documentation, runbooks, workshops, and training materials.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, and mentoring for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive complex deployments while working side-by-side with customers to resolve unique problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.
• Extensive expertise in deploying and managing AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Exceptional command over big data tools like Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, or Azure Sentinel.
• Proven track record with enterprise applications, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
• Must be based in the United States.
