What you will do

• Manage all aspects of pre- and post-sales support for critical projects in the assigned territory.
• Perform detailed site surveys, camera placement calculations, and bandwidth/storage analysis.
• Create technical documentation including schematics, flow charts, and BOM construction using Visio/CAD.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet performance goals and project timelines.
• Maintain showroom demos and provide technology training for customers.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

• Must be located in Southern NJ or Philadelphia area with ability to travel up to 75%.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role within network video or physical security.
• Strong technical knowledge of TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, and video transport protocols.
• Proficiency in design documentation tools like Visio or CAD.
• Excellent presentation, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field preferred.
