What you will do

• Inform transformation agendas and strategic visions for clients' entire businesses.
• Integrate AI global agentic workstreams and solutions locally.
• Manage senior global client relationships and expand the scope of services beyond marketing.
• Lead a network of local markets to ensure a consistent level of excellence in deliverables.
• Recruit, manage, and develop high-performing teams to support strategic plans.
• Oversee client commercials, including resource scoping and quarterly forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a thought leader in brand building, data, and technology.
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience recruiting and managing high-performing client teams.
• Expertise in creating cross-media plans aligned with client goals.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dubai office (hybrid)
