Head of Product (Cloud): Leading the strategy, development, and commercial growth of the hirify.globalcloud platform with an accent on market analysis, user experience, and ecosystem integration. Focus on driving product vision, managing P&L, and mentoring a cross-functional team of 20 to deliver scalable solutions for professional 3D capture and geospatial data.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Lausanne, Switzerland (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and budget for hirify.globalcloud.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing and revenue growth targets.
• Lead the Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated Cloud Engineering and UX team of approximately 20 people.
• Represent the product externally with key customers and strategic partners at industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or product management role.
• Proven success with professional cloud applications where cloud experience is a core value proposition.
• Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, P&L management, and SaaS commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German or French is a significant advantage.
• Deep familiarity with the cloud ecosystem, including monetization and user acquisition.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D capture technologies such as Photogrammetry, LiDAR, or RTK/GNSS.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities, Surveying, Construction, or Geospatial industries.
