What you will do
- Own and improve the post-payment customer journey to ensure users reach meaningful engagement quickly.
- Increase user activation by optimizing matching, discovery, and communication flows.
- Identify friction points in user behavior and design data-driven solutions to improve relevance.
- Define and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor product experiences.
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and design teams to test hypotheses and iterate on features.
- Develop engagement and reactivation mechanics including personalization and gamification tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chile
- Fluent Russian is required
- Strong experience in B2C product management with complex discovery or matching systems.
- Proven track record of improving user activation and time-to-value in digital products.
- Solid understanding of customer journey design in subscription-based environments.
- Experience with data-driven development, experimentation, and A/B testing.
