Client Success Manager China (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage positive and consistent relationships with an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients.
• Act as the primary contact for problem resolution and client retention.
• Build effective relationships with clients, Worldpay resources, internal stakeholders, and relationship managers.
• Coordinate operational arrangements to ensure assigned accounts are properly serviced.
• Identify opportunities to grow client share of wallet through cross-selling value-added services.
• Improve and challenge internal processes for the benefit of customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–4 years of client support experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Prior banking or finance experience.
