What you will do

  • Own and optimize channel mix including paid LinkedIn campaigns targeting senior buyers at large enterprises
  • Build and manage email and newsletter programs to nurture leads across long sales cycles
  • Lead measurement and attribution across multiple channels and report on pipeline drivers
  • Design and run marketing experiments with clear hypotheses and honest analysis
  • Collaborate with events and sales teams to maximize pipeline impact and close the loop on lead quality
  • Identify and address gaps in marketing channels or processes

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, United States
  • 4–6 years experience in growth or demand generation in B2B or sales-led GTM environments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from small datasets
  • Experimentation-driven mindset with hypothesis-based thinking
  • Excellent written communication skills for briefs, reports, and emails
  • High ownership mentality and comfort working in a lean, evolving team

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, finance, or fintech sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a precision targeting tool
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
  • Exposure to out of home or event-based measurement
