What you will do

• Own social channels end-to-end including content, calendar, and community management.
• Build and nurture community presence in Slack groups, LinkedIn communities, and adjacent forums.
• Translate research insights and customer stories into social-native formats.
• Ghostwrite and direct content for senior leaders to amplify their professional point of view.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to scale content output without flattening the brand voice.
• Partner with creators and adjacent brands to amplify outreach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social or community management, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of executive ghostwriting and managing multiple professional voices.
• Genuinely AI-native workflow with a history of building prompts and systems to scale work.
• A distinct portfolio demonstrating craft and a clear point of view.
• Must be based in-person in Chicago, USA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with video and design tools such as Figma, Descript, and Canva.
• Experience in research, insights, AI, or developer tools categories.
• Experience running influencer, creator, or community programs end-to-end.
• History of building sales social activation programs from scratch.
