What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for computer vision solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and feasibility through pilot and scale.
• Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams including hardware, optics, embedded, and AI.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate requirements and refine solutions.
• Establish success metrics for accuracy, latency, robustness, and customer ROI.
• Communicate product direction and progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership.
• Strong technical background in computer vision, optics, or embedded/electrical engineering.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end physical products combining hardware, software, and AI.
• Demonstrated ability to work across highly multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience supporting real-world deployments of complex systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering products for large enterprise or Fortune 50 customers.
• Prior work in retail environments.
• Familiarity with camera systems, sensor calibration, and edge AI inference.
• Experience with large-scale data collection and model validation.
