What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the DevEx ecosystem, including CI/CD, observability, and internal platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers responsible for key areas of the DevEx portfolio.
• Drive the company's AI-for-development strategy, overseeing the rollout of AI coding assistants and agentic tools.
• Partner with engineering leadership to co-own platform outcomes and drive the adoption of paved-path development practices.
• Define and track success metrics for developer productivity using frameworks such as DORA and SPACE.
• Translate developer pain points into prioritized, data-driven product bets through deep discovery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience leading developer-facing or platform products.
• Proven experience leading multi-team roadmaps at a Director level.
• Strong technical fluency with SDLC tooling, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on background in engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or ML/AI engineering.
• Deep understanding of developer productivity metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States
