What you will do

• Translate mission and user needs into product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for AI/ML capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning products.
• Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, users, and development teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend data-driven enhancements.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities to improve mission outcomes.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting product development in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with the ML model development lifecycle and MLOps practices.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive product decisions.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• Experience leading high-performing technical or product teams.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD programs.
• Product Management, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe).
