What you will do

• Own and drive hardware product strategy and multigeneration roadmap for AI GPU platforms and system solutions.
• Establish product principles, priorities, and tradeoff frameworks across silicon, system, and platform decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end system design, integration, and troubleshooting for AI-related hardware/software components.
• Lead and mentor the Hardware Product Management team, setting expectations for technical rigor and execution discipline.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and platform priorities; represent the roadmap with strategic customers and partners.
• Serve as escalation authority for product-level tradeoffs (performance, power, cost, yield, schedule, manufacturability) and ensure alignment with software enablement and platform readiness.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, with 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, systems, or platform-level product development.
• Proven experience leading hardware product management teams across complex silicon platforms or systems over multiple product cycles.
• Deep technical fluency in GPU architecture, semiconductor design, manufacturing, validation, and system integration, with ability to arbitrate high-impact tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align VP/SVP-level stakeholders across engineering, architecture, systems, and go-to-market organizations.
• Strong track record engaging strategic customers and partners to shape product direction and long-term platform strategy.
• Exceptional executive communication skills to synthesize complexity and represent hardware product strategy in leadership forums.

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, systems, or platform-level product development.
