What you will do
- Own strategic territory coverage and sales plan for new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Hunt within existing accounts and generate new-logo pipeline; consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Plan and manage account and deal strategy: identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing accounts.
- Develop account-level understanding (organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map) and map customer pains to business value.
- Present value proposition to senior IT leaders, quantify ROI, and lead consultative negotiations.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce (system of record).
Requirements
- Located in Germany and able to travel across Europe.
- Minimum 10+ years of technology sales experience with a track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Proven success in strategic enterprise account selling and deal closing.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience with Salesforce for data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting/analytics.
- MEDDIC training (or similar) and strong negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-enabled sales tools and LLMs (e.g., Gong, Momentum, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve pipeline generation, research, proposals, and negotiation preparation.
