What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Orchestrate collaboration between Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with specific client business objectives.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively drive solution adoption.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive customer objectives.
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
