What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Orchestrate collaboration between Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with specific client business objectives.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively drive solution adoption.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive customer objectives.
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
