What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth, retention, and expansion across North America.
- Create and expand executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of account executives, customer success professionals, and alliance directors.
- Devise comprehensive account growth strategies including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
- Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of customer obsession and accountability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US, with a strong preference for the East Coast.
- 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in North America.
- Extensive experience in enterprise account management, customer success, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in the software industry, preferably with expertise in MDM or SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, customer-facing organizations.
- Proficiency with sales execution tools including Salesforce and Clari.
