Salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional growth targets.
  • Coach and mentor sales colleagues through active participation in business meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify key industry verticals to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand presence and drive thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Lead weekly accountability meetings to track progress, network development, and top opportunities.
  • Cultivate M&A prospects and develop strategies for convergence sales across insurance and consulting lines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven sales and/or sales leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
  • Strong background in Employee Benefits is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to facilitate sales processes.
  • Strong networking capabilities and ability to influence without direct reporting lines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data effectively.

Nice to have

  • P&C insurance background.
  • MBA degree.
