Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $231,800 – $407,600

What you will do
- Define and execute the global strategy for AI and Experience Orchestration sales, aligning with growth objectives and market evolution.
- Lead a globally distributed organization of regional leaders and AI Sales Specialists to drive revenue and pipeline creation.
- Implement a “two-in-a-box” engagement model, coordinating AI Sales Specialists and AI Architects for complex deal execution.
- Standardize executive-level value articulation and outcome-based selling frameworks for CIO, CTO, and CXO stakeholders.
- Scale repeatable sales plays from prototype to pilot and full production to accelerate AI adoption.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture while establishing performance metrics and career development pathways.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, specifically within AI, customer experience, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of leading global, matrixed sales organizations and delivering against large-scale revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of AI market dynamics, enterprise use cases, and value-based selling approaches.
- Experience partnering with technical stakeholders such as architects or solution consultants in complex sales cycles.
- Ability to operate across strategic, operational, and execution-focused responsibilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
