Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA (In-office requirement: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Salary: $171,000 – $214,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own and improve core People operating rhythms, including performance cycles, calibrations, and onboarding.
- Drive end-to-end program management for talent cycles, coordinating stakeholders and reporting.
- Lead calibration operations to ensure consistency, fairness, and high performance standards across the company.
- Evolve the Manager Forum ritual, developing roadmaps and leadership enablement content.
- Develop scalable manager enablement materials, such as review guides and promotion documentation.
- Integrate AI and automation into People workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, People Operations, or HRBP roles.
- Proven track record of running complex, cross-functional talent programs at scale.
- Strong operator mindset with exceptional program management and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office (Hybrid: Mon, Wed, Fri).
- Passion for AI and rethinking traditional People operations.
Nice to have
- Experience building internal automations or lightweight tools.
- Familiarity with compensation cycles and calibration processes.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve employee experience.
