What you will do
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to drive revenue growth.
- Communicate value propositions to key decision-makers to unlock new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership and account managers to develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business.
- Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
- Sell into the C-Suite and negotiate complex contracts with senior hospital executives.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions to health system needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in or cover the Maryland, Delaware, or Washington DC territory.
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably selling disruptive technologies into hospitals.
- Proven track record of success with ROI, Presidents Club, and high sales rankings.
- Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments.
- Proven ability to effectively manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles.
- Hunter mentality with high emotional intelligence and coachability.
