What you will do

  • Strengthen and evolve the Springer Health+ and Adis brands to ensure consistency and market differentiation.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives and develop high-quality content including white papers, reports, and webinars.
  • Translate complex scientific and healthcare topics into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies across digital, content, and event channels.
  • Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and commercial teams to align marketing activities with strategic goals.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance content ideation, research, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Chester, Manchester, or London.
  • Experience in healthcare communications, scientific publishing, or medical education.
  • Proven ability to deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in scientific or commercial environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance marketing workflows.
  • Understanding of SEO and social media strategy best practices.
